I am no longer taking support via Patreon because they have made a public announcement saying they are donating money to BLM. PayPal has said they are donating to black businesses, which is a fine thing to do. But BLM is not a black business, it is a political group with a Marxist bent and it is not really clear to me what they are using their funds for. I’m not a fan of boycotting. Not at all. I think we all should buy more books and go to more movies and by our choices stores will begin to understand what we want to see. But I can’t stay with Patreon when they are donating to a political group that is fighting for segregation and socialism.
